1. What are the goals, values, expectations of the new group?

We want to jointly build THE leading group in the financial value chain, with a strong global presence.  In order to achieve that, the culture relies very much on transparency, openness, entrepreneurship and cooperation of all employees within the organization


2. Why has Dolphin joined the Hanse Orga Group?

This is a combination of two highly respected and like-minded software and consulting firms in the SAP space, with highly complementary offerings.  We are joining forces because it is our desire to grow and be able to serve our customers with a broader set of financial automation solutions. We now have a much broader footprint across multiple geographies, with more scale, expertise and experience. This combination makes us more valuable to our respective and joint customers and further sets us apart from our competitors.


3. What does the move mean for Dolphin?

The Dolphin and Hanse Orga Group solutions are highly complementary.  As one company, Hanse Orga and Dolphin form a global organization with a differentiated solution offering, addressing the entire financial automation value chain. With solutions in Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Payments, Treasury, Record-to-Report and Tax & Compliance, we are the leading expert for enterprises who need to manage cash flows and payments globally.


4. Will I still be able to use my products from Dolphin?

Yes; nothing will change with your existing products.


5. Will my customer contracts still be in effect?

Absolutely! We are looking forward to continue serving you as before.


6. Will solution/service quality change?

Absolutely not!  We will continue to provide you with the best solution and service quality as possible to best meet your needs.


7. What happens to Dolphin's SAP Certifications, do they have to be re-certified? Do both companies own these now?

The Dolphin solutions will continue to be certified by SAP.  Several solutions of Hanse Orga Group are also certified by SAP. The larger scale and size of the group may open additional partnership opportunities with SAP. Dolphin's intellectual property will become part of the group's assets.


8. Will Hanse Orga Group continue to support partners of Dolphin?

Partners are a major part of our joint strategy - we are looking forward to continue working together!


9. What will happen to the previous owner/management?

Our current leadership team will stay on board and keep their existing management roles and will support the future development of Dolphin including the transfer of our solutions to other geographies and the integration of our go-to-market strategies.
