Our ticket system supports a quick processing of your question: A ticket number is issued during the phone call or sent to you in response to your initial e-mail enquiry. The ticket number (e. g. #46976#) will be stated in all future correspondence and thus ensures that all intermediate steps of your enquiry can always be easily linked to your initial enquiry. Therefore, we will include the ticket number in the subject line of every e-mail. If you have sent us multiple enquiries, the individual call IDs help you to easily keep track of all processing steps and enquiries.
Do you require our support via a remote session? In this case, please call us. We will then provide you with an entry code for your remote session. You can access the remote session by entering the code in the remote session section of our website.
